This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to establish strong relationships with CPG Clients and Agencies.
• Proficient in developing comprehensive media mix strategies that align with partner objectives.
• Lead cadence calls for CPG, utilizing data visualization to narrate stories around campaign performance.
• Create compelling narratives to persuade advertisers to adopt optimization and upsell strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Skilled in handling objections, capable of influencing advertisers and setting direction among multiple stakeholders.
• Serve as the customer's voice, proactively advocating for product enhancements to internal stakeholders.
• Act as a product specialist, possessing a thorough understanding of ad products and effectively communicating their functions to advertisers.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, offering thought leadership and constructive feedback.
• Influence standards and best practices, sharing insights at the category team level.
• Internally champion and provide a vision for the Quarterly Business Review; present campaign insights to CPGs with an analytical approach.
• Contribute to gap-to-goal planning and manage quotas across multiple business units.
• Troubleshoot issues with minimal guidance from the Manager.
• Actively engage in activities of the Advertiser Success team, including opportunities to lead projects and participate in team-wide programs.
• Undergraduate degree required (preferably a BA/BS in business, advertising, commerce, digital marketing, or a related field).
• 4-6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated success in building robust customer relationships.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Drive (GMail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides), Salesforce, and Tableau; experience with Mode is a plus.
• Knowledge of paid search, display, account management, ad serving, CPG, or e-commerce.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable analyzing data with the capacity to interpret and narrate a story in a client-facing role.
