This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Customer Development: You systematically identify and cultivate sales potentials within your segment.
• Multi-Product Sales: You manage clients with various strategic solutions within the corporate group.
• Cross-Selling & Solution Expertise: You plan and implement promotional measures for group and partner products.
• Strategic Interface: You serve as a link between customers, internal departments, and partners.
• Reporting & Forecasting: You manage your segment based on relevant KPIs, create reliable forecasts, and report directly to the team leadership.
• Tools & Processes: You establish suitable tools and processes, further develop them, and utilize them for efficient and structured customer care.
• Revenue Responsibility: You are accountable for achieving revenue targets in your area and actively support the implementation of internal projects.
• Successfully completed studies (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification with a high affinity for IT.
• Several years of experience in the sales of ERP systems or complex IT solutions (multi-product sales), ideally with a focus on existing customer or account management.
• A blend of strategic thinking and pragmatic, operational implementation with a clear focus on revenue targets.
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and negotiation proficiency – even at the C-level.
• High initiative, organizational talent, and pronounced goal orientation.
• Proficient use of CRM systems and modern reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
• Fluent in German and very good English skills.
