This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Achieve and surpass designated monthly and quarterly retention and revenue targets by safeguarding core revenue and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and cater to client operational requirements by effectively utilizing OpenTable's technology for each hotel account.
• Uphold operational excellence by recording all client interactions in Salesforce and reporting on account health and key performance indicators to senior management.
• Exhibit expertise in our comprehensive suite of solutions, including table management systems and online marketing tools, to address intricate challenges faced by C-suite executives.
• Serve as the 'Voice of the Customer' by delivering consistent field insights on trends and feature necessities to the Product and Marketing teams.
• Support Hotels Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives to guarantee smooth client transitions from contract signing to live implementation.
• Proficient in German at a business level.
• Over 5 years of experience in Account Management or a related field.
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure, achieve ambitious objectives, and juggle multiple priorities at once.
• Exceptional negotiating and communication skills.
• A knack for making data-informed business decisions and the capability to reshape a client's perspective on their business through valuable insights.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% within the EMEA region for on-site client meetings and industry events.
