Account Manager – Hotels, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass assigned monthly and quarterly retention and revenue objectives by safeguarding core revenue and identifying growth opportunities.

• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and address client operational requirements by fully leveraging OpenTable's technology for each hotel account.

• Ensure operational excellence by documenting all client interactions within Salesforce and providing reports on account health and KPIs to senior management.

• Exhibit extensive knowledge of our comprehensive suite of solutions, including table management systems and online marketing tools, to address complex challenges faced by C-suite executives.

• Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" by consistently offering field insights on trends and feature needs to the Product and Marketing teams.

• Support Hotels Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives to facilitate smooth client transitions from signed agreements to live operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German at a business level.

• Over 5 years of experience in Account Management or a related field.

• Proven ability to work under pressure, achieve ambitious targets, and handle multiple priorities at once.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• A strong inclination towards data-driven business decisions, with the capability to reshape a client's perspective on their business through insights.

• Willingness to travel 30-50% within the EMEA region for onsite client meetings and industry events.
