This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Directly manages a Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account and is accountable for achieving objectives related to financial performance, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction.

• Comprehends and drives business metrics and performance indicators to guarantee effectiveness, high performance, and adherence to standards.

• Cultivates a work environment that nurtures and retains skilled associates.

• Builds strong working relationships with the client’s staff members.

• Ensures a consistent guest/patient service experience across all shifts.

• Maintains relationships with current clients to gain references and leads for new business opportunities.

• Adheres to preventative safety protocols as outlined by Towne Park.


⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree is preferred, along with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Familiarity with general business practices, including accounting, human resources, and customer service.

• Must possess the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 years old and capable of passing a criminal background check, MVR, and drug screening.
