This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Management of accounts and implementation of the sales strategy aimed at sustainable revenue and result development within the relevant target groups (primarily from the hospital sector – purchasing and medical staff).
• Planning, coordination, and execution of consultations and training for clients (employees from hospital departments such as wound management, plaster rooms, emergency departments).
• Assistance in conducting product evaluations.
• Collaboration in cross-channel and/or interdisciplinary project groups.
• Participation in regional and national trade fairs and congresses.
• Monitoring of competitors and communication of results to the relevant functions.
• Deriving actions from observations for one's own area.
• Experience in medical technology field sales and/or a medical background (e.g., qualified nursing professional) with further training in wound care (e.g., wound expert SAfW, ZWM or CAS/MAS in Woundcare).
• Ideally, experience in plaster rooms or knowledge of working with plaster systems.
• Professional experience in sales, consulting, training, and implementation of wound products.
• Strong ability to communicate and present convincingly and authentically at all hierarchical levels and among diverse target groups.
• Interest in business-related contexts and enjoyment in acquisition.
• Determination, assertiveness, enthusiasm, and team orientation.
• Fluent German language skills, with English proficiency being an advantage.
• A high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel, as well as a Class B driver's license.
