This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and cultivate customer relationships in the area of patient monitoring.
• Propel sales of cutting-edge medical technology solutions.
• Create and sustain enduring customer relationships.
• Discover, assess, and further nurture new business opportunities.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process: from proposal preparation to presentations and negotiations.
• Manage and uphold the CRM system (SFDC), which includes funnel management and forecasting.
• Organize and execute product demonstrations and reference visits.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor activities.
• Accountable for revenue, order intake, customer satisfaction (NPS), and data integrity.
• Enhance existing customer relationships with the aim of securing long-term framework agreements.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Management, Customer Service, and other specialists.
• Bachelor's degree, for instance in medical technology (biomedical engineering), healthcare, or industrial engineering.
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in medical technology, healthcare IT, or the healthcare sector.
• Background in solution-oriented sales of intricate products and services.
• Strong comprehension of clinical workflows and the healthcare system.
• High customer focus, exceptional communication skills, and negotiation proficiency.
• Organized, independent, and goal-oriented approach to work.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80%) and to work from home.
