• Reporting to the Vice President of Client Services, the Account Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the retention, satisfaction, and growth of a portfolio of EK Health’s clients through consistent communication, precise execution of client programs, and prompt issue resolution.
• This position emphasizes relationship building, service coordination, and data-driven client support while acquiring the skills necessary to manage more complex accounts over time.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients under the direction of senior leadership.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
• Track and document all client interactions and activities within HubSpot.
• Assist in client reviews by collecting data, preparing materials, and updating client records.
• Report on program performance, achievements, and cost savings through monthly, quarterly, and/or annual stewardship reviews.
• Appropriately escalate issues, risks, or concerns to senior team members.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of Strategic Client Plans.
• Assess opportunities for program enhancements.
• Engage in monthly client plan reviews and updates within HubSpot.
• Oversee reporting, meeting logistics, and follow-ups.
• Monitor service outcomes, basic performance metrics, and client feedback.
• Support invoice review and assist with accounts receivable follow-up.
• Coordinate issue tracking and resolution with internal teams.
• Track revenue and utilization trends for assigned clients.
• Aid in identifying potential service expansion or cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and proposals.
• Elevate revenue declines or utilization concerns to leadership.
• Formulate a strategic plan for revenue growth or retention strategies.
• Assist with contract renewal preparations and documentation.
• Support annual fee validation and pricing reviews.
• Help review, update, and distribute client protocols as necessary.
• Ensure client records comply with contractual and operational requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in healthcare, workers’ compensation, account management, or client services.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable utilizing CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & TEAMS).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Proven history of effective decision-making and accountability for success.
• Consistent follow-up and follow-through on all client initiatives.
• Skilled in customer service relations, analysis, and problem resolution.
• A valid Driver’s License and auto insurance must always be maintained.
