This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Oversee clients primarily focused on Google and Meta advertising.
• Manage daily client activities that foster growth, including communication and education, project management for campaign execution, and strategic planning and thought leadership for services.
• Track and evaluate account performance (e.g., volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.) across client accounts.
• Comprehend partner marketing goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams at Cardinal to devise innovative strategies that enhance program performance.
• Set and manage expectations for both clients and agency teams consistently, while addressing obstacles to success.
• Facilitate client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution strategies, and marketing best practices.
• Oversee the daily implementation of project deliverables, ensuring they are ready for client review.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing agency environment managing digital programs.
• Proficient in working with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources, with a solid understanding of related deliverables.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing amidst fluctuating demands and schedules; managing multiple accounts simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with knowledge of processes and quality assurance/control.
• A proactive individual who excels in environments where new opportunities are created where none currently exist.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, as building relationships with partners is essential for success in this role.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven track record in expanding client accounts and agency business.
