This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Accountable for guiding clients primarily focused on Google and Meta advertising.
• Oversee daily client interactions that foster growth for our clients, encompassing client communication and education, project management for campaign implementation, and strategic planning and insight for service offerings.
• Track and evaluate account performance (e.g., volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.) across client portfolios.
• Grasp partner marketing goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams at Cardinal to develop innovative strategies that enhance program effectiveness.
• Manage client and agency team expectations on a daily basis, facilitating the removal of obstacles to success.
• Conduct client meetings to present and review program optimization, execution, and marketing best practices.
• Oversee the daily execution of project deliverables; ensuring that all outputs are client-ready.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing agency managing digital programs.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources along with a comprehensive understanding of related deliverables.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing amidst constantly shifting demands and schedules; managing multiple accounts simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated project management expertise with a solid understanding of processes and quality assurance/control.
• Exceptional talent that is proactive and flourishes in environments where they can create new opportunities where none currently exist.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed, as relationship-building with partners is crucial for success in this role.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of expanding client accounts and agency business.
