This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Oversee clients primarily focused on Google and Meta advertising.
• Drive daily client operations that foster growth, including communication and education, project management for campaign execution, strategic planning, and thought leadership.
• Track and evaluate account performance (i.e., volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.) across client portfolios.
• Comprehend partner marketing goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams at Cardinal to devise innovative strategies that enhance program performance.
• Manage both client and agency team expectations consistently, assisting in removing obstacles to achieve success.
• Conduct client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution, and marketing best practices.
• Oversee the daily implementation of project deliverables, ensuring they meet client readiness standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing agency managing digital programs.
• Experience engaging with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of relevant deliverables.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize amidst dynamic needs and schedules, managing multiple accounts while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated project management expertise with a solid grasp of processes and quality assurance/control.
• A proactive individual who excels in environments where they can create new opportunities where none currently exist.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, as building relationships with partners is vital for success in this role.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proven track record in expanding client accounts and agency business.
