Account Manager, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Accountable for guiding clients primarily focusing on Google and Meta advertising.

• Oversee daily client operations that foster growth for our clients, which includes client communication and education, project management for campaign execution, strategy planning, and thought leadership.

• Evaluate and review account performance (i.e., volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.) across assigned clients.

• Comprehend partner marketing goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams at Cardinal to develop innovative strategies that enhance program performance.

• Manage client and agency team expectations consistently, assisting in removing obstacles to success.

• Facilitate client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution, and marketing best practices.

• Responsible for the daily execution of project deliverables; ensures that all deliverables meet client standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing agency managing digital programs.

• Proficient in working with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources, with a comprehensive understanding of associated deliverables.

• Capability to multitask and set priorities in a dynamic environment; adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Demonstrated project management expertise with a solid understanding of processes and quality assurance/control.

• Exceptional talent that is proactive and excels in environments where they can create new opportunities.

• Must be willing to travel occasionally as building relationships with partners is essential for success in this role.

• Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high-paced setting.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Proven track record in expanding client accounts and enhancing agency business.
