Account Manager, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Accountable for guiding clients with a primary focus on Google and Meta advertising.

• Oversee daily client interactions that foster client growth, which includes client communication and education, project management for campaign implementation, and strategic planning and thought leadership for service initiatives.

• Assess and evaluate account performance (including volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.) for their clients.

• Comprehend partner marketing goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams at Cardinal to develop innovative strategies that enhance program results.

• Manage client and agency team expectations consistently while assisting in removing obstacles to achieve success.

• Facilitate client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution strategies, and marketing best practices.

• Oversee the daily execution of project deliverables, ensuring that all outputs are ready for client presentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing agency managing digital programs.

• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources, along with a comprehensive understanding of related deliverables.

• Capacity to multitask and prioritize amidst ever-evolving needs and schedules; managing multiple accounts simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Demonstrated project management capabilities with a solid understanding of processes and quality assurance/control.

• Exceptional talent that is proactive and flourishes in settings where new opportunities can be created.

• Must be willing to travel occasionally as relationship-building with partners is essential for success in this role.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Proven track record of expanding client accounts and agency business.
