This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Accountable for guiding clients primarily focused on Google and Meta advertising.
• Oversee daily client activities that foster growth, encompassing client communication and education, project management for campaign implementation, strategic planning, and thought leadership.
• Assess and evaluate account performance (e.g., volume, key performance indicators/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.) across client accounts.
• Comprehend partner marketing goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams at Cardinal to devise innovative strategies that enhance program performance.
• Manage expectations for clients and agency teams consistently, facilitating the removal of obstacles to achieve success.
• Conduct client meetings to present and review program optimization, execution, and marketing best practices.
• Oversee the daily execution of project deliverables, ensuring that they are ready for client presentation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience within a marketing agency managing digital programs.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources, along with a comprehensive understanding of associated deliverables.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment; handling several accounts simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated project management expertise with an understanding of processes and quality assurance/control.
• A proactive individual who excels in environments where they can create new opportunities where none currently exist.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed, as building relationships with partners is essential for success in this role.
• Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Proven track record in expanding client accounts and agency business.
