This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Accountable for guiding clients primarily focused on Google and Meta advertising.

• Oversee daily client interactions that foster growth for our clients, which includes client communication and education, project management for campaign execution, as well as planning and providing thought leadership for service strategy.

• Track and assess account performance (e.g., volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.) across client accounts.

• Grasp partner marketing goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams at Cardinal to devise innovative strategies that enhance program performance.

• Manage client and agency team expectations consistently, while assisting in eliminating obstacles to success.

• Facilitate client meetings to present and review program optimization, execution, and marketing best practices.

• Oversee the daily implementation of project deliverables, ensuring that they are ready for client presentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing agency managing digital programs.

• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources, along with a comprehensive understanding of associated deliverables.

• Capability to multitask and prioritize in response to constantly evolving needs and schedules; adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Established project management skills with a solid grasp of processes and quality assurance/control.

• A proactive individual who excels in environments where they can create new opportunities where none currently exist.

• Must be willing to travel occasionally, as cultivating relationships with partners is essential for success in this role.

• Competency to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

• Proven track record in expanding client accounts and agency business.
