This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients via phone, email, and video calls.

• Serve as the main customer liaison for designated accounts.

• Perform customer discovery and organize follow-up training sessions (cold calling).

• Execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and expanding market presence.

• Travel to client locations to deliver top-notch training to healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate effectively with Customer Service to address inquiries, issues, and complaints.

• Transform prospects into engaged customers.

• Represent CEFALY Technology at trade exhibitions and medical conferences.

• Generate new leads and ensure accurate contact data is maintained in Salesforce.

• Responsible for achieving and growing specific targets within the assigned territory.

• Oversee and nurture specific territory accounts throughout the entire sales process (prospecting, connecting, training, closing, follow-ups).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a medical, life sciences, or relevant healthcare discipline.

• Required medical sales experience, including familiarity with medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales, or previous clinical exposure.

• A minimum of 3 years in medical sales or experience in a patient-facing clinical setting is preferred.

• Demonstrated understanding of clinical settings and medical terminology.

• Established relationships and experience with medical institutions in Southern California or nearby areas is a significant advantage.

• Proficient in using a CRM system; Salesforce experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of migraine treatments, clinical environments, or medical terminology is advantageous.
