This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You provide guidance to both current customers and potential clients based on our array of solutions, particularly focusing on hospitals and hospital networks.
• You oversee newly onboarded clients as well as existing accounts, strategically developing them in accordance with the XQT service framework.
• You strategically prepare for purchase negotiations and carry them through to a successful conclusion.
• You facilitate effective coordination among internal teams, ensuring that all project stakeholders collaborate towards a common objective.
• You identify new revenue prospects and cultivate a network of customers and suppliers.
• You represent the organization at trade exhibitions and sales events, advocating for our solutions.
• You keep track of market and customer trends, deriving tangible sales opportunities from them.
• Commercial training, a degree in business administration, medical informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in selling IT solutions within the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of the market and industry, along with relevant IT skills.
• Competent user of standard Office 365 applications.
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• A strong sense of responsibility, customer orientation, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
