This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Oversee and enhance strategic partnerships with clients while leading the development and execution of strategic consulting initiatives and projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, fostering trustworthy relationships.
• Grasp client business goals, challenges, and strategic priorities to proactively pinpoint opportunities for assistance and growth.
• Convert market, healthcare system, and stakeholder insights into practical recommendations.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through efficient communication, responsiveness, and project management.
• Handle multiple simultaneous projects while upholding excellent execution standards and client service.
• Direct the planning, implementation, and successful completion of client projects.
• Promote effective collaboration and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including strategists, medical experts, consultants, analysts, communication specialists, and external partners.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management positions.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare ecosystems, healthcare innovation, and industry dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
• Solid project management skills, encompassing planning, budgeting, resource allocation, timeline management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Strong business acumen with experience in identifying opportunities, supporting commercial initiatives, and contributing to revenue goals.
• Experience in developing client proposals, project scopes, statements of work, and commercial recommendations.
• Background in managing project budgets, financial tracking, and resource allocation.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the capability to create executive presentations and client-ready deliverables.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• High degree of autonomy, accountability, and results-driven focus.
• Proficiency in both Italian and English is essential.
