This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver effective strategic and tactical sales guidance along with communication strategies to protect, maintain, and expand current business.
• Enhance the profitability of existing operations.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the current portfolio.
• Collaborate with the marketing and Commercial Excellence teams to create account plans for designated accounts.
• Work closely with R&D, Marketing, and Operations to ensure the execution of account strategies.
• Track business performance against established targets - including both volume and margin - and coordinate corrective actions for sales initiatives.
• Establish the strategic direction and marketing focus for the business.
• A degree in Sales, Engineering, MBA, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a large-scale B2B setting, showcasing strong sales abilities and a passion for selling.
• Relevant industry background in technical sales and general management.
• A demonstrated history of successful sales growth and profitability.
• Excellent project and process management skills are essential.
• Proficient in both German and English is mandatory; any Eastern European language is considered a valuable asset.
