This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and manage relationships with key preferred Partners in the H&R, Cruise, D&E, and Alliances sectors.

• Meet annual sales targets for both the company and department for the designated account portfolio.

• Enhance and strengthen partner relationships while boosting Preferred Partner visibility within the Virtuoso Network.

• Attain KPIs, including revenue performance objectives in marketing sales and event attendance.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Partner Briefs with strategic S.M.A.R.T. goals in the CRM system.

• Log sales activities in the CRM, including notes, emails, meetings, calls, and tasks.

• Execute partner action plans for growth and engagement to measure and achieve KPIs.

• Operate within the allocated budget to meet strategic objectives.

• Collaborate with partners on business planning, growth, and profitability strategies.

• Educate, advocate for, and train partners on Virtuoso products, services, and events.

• Monitor the health of the partner portfolio and promptly flag concerns to Directors.

• Boost travel partner sales and engagement levels.

• Analyze Tableau reports to engage partners who may not currently be active with Virtuoso.

• Represent Virtuoso at industry trade shows, conferences, and meetings as needed.

• Assist with event management, including registrations, waitlists, and partner priorities.

• Maintain relationships with Preferred Partners and engage daily with Virtuoso staff.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• 2-4+ years of relevant experience.

• Ability to contribute to a highly effective team performance.

• Understanding of current business trends.

• Skills in collecting and analyzing information, solving problems, and making decisions.

• Agility and motivation to foster a win-win-win environment and achieve deliverables.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Project management capabilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Results-oriented focus on commercial outcomes.

• Strong quality service attitude and approach.

• Self-motivated and energetic.

• Advocate for company goals and objectives.

• Awareness of marketplace dynamics and current business trends.

• Intermediate analytical skills.

• Strong collaboration abilities.

• Capacity to work independently.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% - 35% of the time, entirely within the region.
