This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage in field sales through regular on-site visits and telephone support for our existing customer base.
• Conduct price calculations for demand and costing inquiries, along with preparing quotations.
• Clarify product availability for requested items.
• Administer the processing of inquiries and projects.
• Follow up on demand inquiries and track project progress.
• Verify order confirmations in relation to agreed prices and price commitments.
• Manage annual contract negotiations and handle contract administration.
• Acquire new customers and manage related tasks.
• Pursue technical and commercial acquisition of construction projects.
• Address complaints and claims effectively.
• Coordinate marketing activities for these customer groups in collaboration with the Technical Area Manager and the Marketing Department.
• Possess a technical degree and/or vocational training, particularly in civil engineering or construction.
• Several years of sales experience in a comparable industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with the industry or related sectors, such as plastics, construction, and insulation materials.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel; a valid driving license (Class B or equivalent) is required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Must be communicative, goal-oriented, independent, reliable, and able to quickly absorb new information.
