Account Manager – Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain customer relationships: Forge and cultivate connections with medium and small clients through phone and email, serving as the primary contact for new webshop purchasers and inquiries, while strategically identifying potential customers to focus on building strong, lasting relationships.

• Proactive customer support: Anticipate and manage ongoing relationships, ensuring top satisfaction levels by addressing customer needs and concerns, and contributing to a consistent order flow to enhance ongoing customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the international team: Work closely with the international team to meet regional and personal objectives, emphasizing teamwork, effective communication, and coordination within the group.

• Maintain customer focus: Continuously prioritize customer needs in all interactions and activities, actively working to position the brand (1NCE) as the foremost provider of IoT connectivity.

• Sales forecasting and database management: Create precise plans for assigned customers and ensure that the Salesforce database is kept current with relevant information.

• Trade shows: Occasionally participate in regional or pan-European events, trade shows, and customer visits.


⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding communication abilities, with fluency in English and German being crucial for this role.

• Experience and Background: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a related role, preferably with a background in technical sales.

• Inside Sales: Previous experience in Inside Sales, particularly with a focus on SMB, is a significant advantage.

• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially regarding IoT solutions/connectivity and various IoT verticals, is highly beneficial.

• Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce is regarded as a plus.

• Collaboration with External Partners: You possess a structured and committed approach to collaborating with external partners.

• Team Player: You are an open-minded and committed team player.

• Practical Mentality and Positive Attitude: A practical mindset, a positive attitude, and a desire for knowledge are some of your key attributes.

• Independent Work: You are capable of working independently and goal-oriented, even in a remote setting.
