This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate closely with clients to provide a personalized, consultative, and trustworthy daily experience;
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's challenges and requirements, suggest enhancements, and proactively follow up on solutions;
• Perform follow-up calls, facilitate strategic alignments, and offer ongoing consultative support;
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of requests;
• Spot opportunities to enhance clients' processes and operations, leading to improved outcomes and performance;
• Occasionally conduct in-person meetings with clients as needed.
• Prior experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client relationship positions;
• Proficiency in English at an intermediate to advanced level;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities;
• Proactive, organized, and capable of building strong relationships;
• Competence in managing multiple clients and priorities at the same time;
• Preferred: experience in SaaS, technology, or payment solutions.
