This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and franchise priorities.
• Generate demand across targeted healthcare professional (HCP) segments.
• Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize accounts for maximum impact.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and accounts.
• Engage with customers throughout the patient journey.
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing diagnosis and patient identification in Fabry and Pompe diseases.
• Evaluate territory performance and market conditions to uncover opportunities and potential risks.
• Ensure full compliance with all company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or rare disease sales.
• A proven history of driving sales performance and achieving results in intricate markets.
• Strong skills in account management and territory planning.
• Experience interacting with specialty HCPs and navigating complex treatment pathways.
