Account Manager – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide proactive assistance to clients after the engagement begins

• Hold weekly calls with clients throughout the dunning (debt collection) process

• Track engagement status, communication history, and review monitoring in the CRM

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written (C2 level)

• Background in customer support, after-sales, or service-oriented positions with accountability

• Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, email, and video conferencing)
