Account Manager – Fokus OTC, FMCG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive management and development of healthcare brands within the Amazon and mail-order pharmacy sectors.

• Responsibility for content optimization (product detail pages, A+ / Premium A+, brand story, brand store) to enhance visibility and conversion rates.

• Planning and execution of retail media strategies (Sponsored Ads, DSP, CTV) in close coordination with our advertising specialists.

• Data-driven analysis of market and competitive environments, identifying growth potentials and deriving concrete actions.

• Close collaboration with clients and internal teams (content, advertising, BI) to develop tailored solutions for each brand.

• Management of regular reporting and recommendations for our partners to steer revenue, profitability, and brand performance.

• Active contribution to strategies for positioning brands in mail-order pharmacies and on Amazon.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial professional experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or account management, preferably focusing on OTC or FMCG products.

• A solid understanding of digital trade structures, assortment management, and brand leadership within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Experience in collaborating with retailers, online pharmacies, or marketplaces.

• Knowledge of Amazon (Seller Central, Vendor Central, Advertising) is an advantage, but not a requirement.

• Analytical thinking and the ability to derive clear recommendations from data.

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a high standard of quality.

• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
