This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Actively and consistently nurture customer relationships
• Oversee interactions with all key decision-makers in Purchasing and Engineering
• Accurately document activities in Salesforce in a professional manner
• Drive customer budgeting processes, develop account strategies, and track variances
• Take proactive steps to achieve or surpass financial objectives
• Attract new clients and business opportunities while managing cross-selling prospects
• Lead negotiations with customers and coordinate internal preparations with SCM, PM, and other departments
• Identify and seize new technical and commercial business prospects, providing solutions to customer challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, a STEM discipline, or a relevant technical vocational qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the lubricants sector, preferably with a background in application engineering and direct sales
• Strong expertise in price management, utilizing Salesforce, customer project support, and developing both commercial and technical solutions
• Proficiency in German and advanced English, along with a confident command of Salesforce and standard IT applications
• Outstanding communication skills, a growth-oriented mindset, collaborative spirit, intercultural competence, and a proactive, customer-centric work approach
