This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of employer group accounts that focus on Flex, HRA, and HSA programs to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and foster long-term partnerships.

• Act as the main point of contact for plan sponsors, brokers, and internal teams to provide an outstanding client experience.

• Offer expert knowledge on consumer-directed benefit programs, including compliance with regulations such as IRS, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA, as well as industry best practices.

• Manage daily account activities, encompassing plan design, implementation, issue resolution, renewals, and ongoing program administration.

• Guarantee the accurate and timely delivery of reports, funding requests, and reimbursement processes.

• Work collaboratively with internal operations, finance, eligibility, and claims teams to proactively meet client needs and facilitate continuous improvement.

• Maintain strong relationships with senior-level contacts within HR, Benefits, and Finance departments.

• Lead and engage in client meetings, presentations, and renewal discussions, while providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Monitor service performance against set SLAs and client expectations.

• Establish a regular schedule of strategic service meetings with clients and brokers.

• Identify opportunities for additional services or enhancements to plans that align with client objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in account management within the TPA, insurance, or employee benefits sector, with specific knowledge of FSA, HRA, HSA, COBRA, and commuter benefits.

• Strong understanding of self-funded health plans, consumer-directed benefit accounts, and relevant federal regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with brokers and employer group executives.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Experience with the Alegeus benefits administration platform is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Capable of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and making sound decisions.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• An active state insurance license is preferred.
