This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in account planning for designated federal healthcare clients.
• Acquire knowledge and map out customer organizations, key decision-makers, and purchasing structures.
• Help identify growth opportunities throughout various facilities and service lines.
• Gradually take on increased responsibility for accounts as experience develops.
• Support the entire sales lifecycle, including qualification, proposals, pricing, and renewals.
• Aid in the renewal and retention of service agreements and maintenance assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs and budgets.
• Keep precise records of opportunities, renewals, and pipeline data within CRM systems.
• Cultivate professional relationships with HTM, facilities, supply chain, and contracting stakeholders.
• Engage in customer meetings and reviews alongside senior account leaders.
• Build confidence in presenting solutions and addressing customer requirements.
• Act as a responsive and professional point of contact for daily inquiries.
• Understand federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and compliance standards.
• Assist with RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs in collaboration with contracts and legal teams.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure efficient onboarding and service delivery.
• Relay customer feedback to enhance solutions and service execution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting or selling to U.S. federal, government, or public-sector customers in roles such as sales, account management, customer success, or business development.
• Genuine interest in government, healthcare, or service-oriented sales environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, tasks, and priorities.
• Eager to learn with a desire to transition into a larger account ownership role.
• Preferred (Not Required)
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, medical equipment, or service models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
