Account Manager – F&B division

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular visits to production facilities, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for enhancing hygiene, sanitation, and operational efficiency.

• Engage in direct discussions on the shop floor with supervisors, operators, technology teams, and management personnel.

• Create customized solutions aimed at improving food safety, minimizing water consumption, and streamlining hygiene processes.

• Offer technical support to clients while collaborating with internal expert teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a degree in agriculture, food hygiene, food technology, chemical technology, or a similar discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in the dairy, meat, or beverage processing sectors.

• Familiarity with production processes, sanitation, hygiene standards, and the complete operation from raw material intake to product delivery.

• Proven track record in proposing technical solutions, negotiating commercial agreements, and engaging in B2B sales of services or products in manufacturing settings.

• At least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or technical B2B sales.

• Comprehensive knowledge of production processes, hygiene standards, and sanitation practices.

• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.

• Strong technical aptitude with the capacity to design solutions and lead professional discussions.

• Proficient in Hungarian and English.
