This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Represent the Facial Aesthetics product range to targeted aesthetic clients within your designated area.
• Foster the adoption of the Facial Aesthetics Portfolio by collaborating effectively with medical, marketing, and clinical teams.
• Meet or surpass established sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Cultivate and strengthen business relationships with customers.
• Create actionable business plans for the territory and key accounts that align with cycle marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Explore business opportunities using AbbVie’s selling framework with both new and existing clients.
• Conduct regular reviews of business plans and sales performance, including market share assessments.
• Identify potential sales and marketing opportunities.
• Maintain account analysis profiles using VEEVA.
• Keep precise records of all customer interactions and agreements.
• Utilize digital sales aids to effectively communicate key selling messages for products.
• Maintain a high level of therapeutic knowledge regarding Allergan products.
• Actively engage in Allergan’s WHS programs and comply with policies.
• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Commerce are advantageous.
• Successful completion of relevant tertiary education in Science or Healthcare.
• Understanding of the selling cycle and territory management practices.
• Ability to learn relevant human anatomy.
• Several years of experience in a specialty representative selling role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
