This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Collaborates with the Producer, service team, and various internal departments to strategize, implement, and monitor tailored service plans for each client.
• Manages insurance quotes and proposals, offering a comprehensive summary of programs, options, and specifics to assist clients in their purchasing decisions.
• Cultivates personalized relationships with clients through diverse communication channels such as phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Evaluates risk, coverage, and program structure while providing recommendations for options.
• Implements changes to coverage and program details.
• Utilizes insurance expertise and communication abilities to clarify coverage terms, program options, and other relevant information to clients as necessary.
• Collaborates with the service team to efficiently manage and oversee new business and renewal processes in accordance with ARMR procedures and protocols.
• Compiles submissions for underwriters based on information collected from clients regarding their exposures and required lines of coverage.
• Engages with underwriters on submissions and negotiates premiums, coverage, and additional terms on behalf of clients.
• Diligently adheres to ARMR procedures and protocols related to service.
• Maintains accurate and comprehensive client files, ensuring clear documentation of account details in agency management systems, including policy information, activities, attachments, and correspondence.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Insurance account management within the Excess & Surplus Insurance sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Flexible and quick to adapt to new computer functions and processes.
• Thrives in a high-demand, fast-paced work environment.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Experience and knowledge in environmental insurance is a plus.
