This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee and drive direct sales initiatives within a designated set of Named Accounts in your assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory strategies aimed at achieving deployments of Fortinet products and services.
• Cultivate executive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, leveraging these connections to meet quarterly sales targets.
• Build a robust sales pipeline, evaluate opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts of pipeline performance.
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to create and deliver successful Contract Bids, Proposals, and Statements of Work.
• Negotiate business terms with clients to foster mutually beneficial outcomes that establish strong ongoing relationships.
• Comprehend customer business objectives and effectively communicate Fortinet’s capabilities to assist them in achieving these goals.
• Fully qualified and experienced sales professional.
• A minimum of 5+ years of prior sales experience is essential.
• Previous experience in designing business plans and market strategies to boost sales.
• Proven capability in selling solutions.
• A demonstrable track record of quota achievement and consistent career stability.
• Exceptional presentation skills for engaging with executives and individual contributors.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A self-motivated, independent thinker capable of advancing deals through the sales cycle.
• Results-oriented, self-starter with a hunter mentality.
• Candidate must excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
