This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• In this pivotal position, you will oversee and propel direct sales efforts into a designated set of Named Accounts within your territory.

• Your primary duty will involve crafting and executing territory strategies aimed at achieving deployments of Fortinet products and services to a range of assigned existing accounts and new logo prospects in your territory.

• Build strong executive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, leveraging these connections to meet quarterly sales objectives.

• Create a robust sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and accurately project pipeline performance.

• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to develop and present compelling Contract Bids, Proposals, and Statements of Work.

• Negotiate business terms with clients to secure win/win outcomes that lay the groundwork for enduring relationships.

• Grasp customer business objectives and adeptly communicate how Fortinet’s capabilities can assist them in achieving those goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• A fully qualified and experienced sales professional who is forward-thinking with a solid grasp of the technology business sector.

• A minimum of 5+ years of prior sales experience is essential.

• Previous experience in developing business plans and market strategies to boost sales.

• Demonstrated ability to sell solutions effectively.

• A strong history of quota attainment and a proven record of career stability.

• Exceptional presentation skills tailored to both executives and individual contributors.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• A self-driven, independent thinker capable of advancing deals through the sales cycle.

• Results-oriented, self-starter with a hunter mentality.

• The candidate must excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• The Named Account Manager, Enterprise is expected to allocate over 50% of their time outside the office or home office engaged in sales activities, including necessary travel to secure sales.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
