This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• The main duty involves creating and executing territory plans aimed at securing deployments of Fortinet products and services for a designated set of existing accounts and new logo prospects within your territory.
• Cultivate executive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, utilizing these connections to meet quarterly sales targets.
• Build a sales pipeline, assess opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts of the pipeline.
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to develop and submit successful Contract Bids, Proposals, and Statements of Work.
• Negotiate business terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes that lay the groundwork for strong, ongoing partnerships.
• Comprehend customer business objectives and effectively articulate Fortinet's capabilities to assist them in reaching those goals.
• A minimum of 5+ years of prior sales experience is essential.
• Previous experience in crafting business plans and market strategies to enhance sales is required.
• Demonstrated capability in selling solutions.
• A proven history of meeting quotas and showcasing career stability.
• Exceptional presentation skills suitable for both executives and individual contributors.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A self-driven, independent thinker who can navigate deals through the sales cycle.
• Results-oriented, self-starter with a hunter mentality.
