• Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis by promoting increased product adoption.
• Provide education to physicians and clinical staff regarding the utilization of Endoscopy products.
• Meet or surpass the sales activity metrics established by management.
• Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals and physicians within the designated territory.
• Offer solution-oriented strategies to enhance product adoption and drive sales growth.
• Successfully introduce new devices developed or acquired by the organization within the assigned territory.
• Exhibit expertise in disease states relevant to the products offered.
• Accurately predict monthly and quarterly sales figures.
• Efficiently manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce.com.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 6 years of sales experience OR Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of 4 years of sales experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Preferred experience in Inside Sales/Remote Sales within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC) is essential.
• Experience in selling through a new or modified sales channel.
• Strong ambition to learn and advance in a professional capacity.
• Proficiency in process management and organizational flexibility.
• Demonstrated experience in business planning and forecasting.
• Proven track record of formal sales training, ideally from a Fortune 500 organization.
• History of consistently surpassing sales quotas.
• Competent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
