Account Manager, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships at Pacvue, you will oversee the daily management of client accounts within a portfolio of European agency clients.

• This position requires close collaboration with internal team members and client stakeholders across various European markets to implement partnership strategies.

• You are expected to utilize your analytical skills, communication strengths, and insights to enhance client outcomes and support ongoing account activities in a rapidly evolving international setting.

• Act as a primary point of contact for designated clients, helping to foster strong relationships across different markets and cultures.

• Facilitate partnerships that drive client success and meet regional revenue objectives.

• Serve as a resource for clients by offering guidance and addressing inquiries related to eCommerce best practices, platform utilization, and regional marketplace specifics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in an Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting capacity.

• Experience in client-facing roles or customer support settings is preferred.

• Proven track record of supporting team objectives or contributing to client deliverables.

• Proficient in working with data and enhancing analytical capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., French or German) is advantageous.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks across regions.

• A proactive approach to learning and developing skills in client management and eCommerce strategy within international markets.

• Ability to adapt to change and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.

• Fluent in both German and English.
