This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with Renewal Specialists and Customer Success Management teams to enhance Net ARR expansions, drive upsells, and ensure timely contract renewals.
• Promote the adoption of JumpCloud’s solutions among existing clients, identifying avenues for additional growth.
• Demonstrated success in managing renewals and expansions within a high-growth environment.
• This role focuses on revenue and quota attainment.
• Operate during EMEA working hours.
• Fully remote position.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, preferably within EMEA markets.
• Established history of successfully driving renewals and expansions in a fast-paced growth setting.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• A data-driven approach with expertise in CRM tools, pipeline analytics, and forecasting techniques.
• Availability and willingness to work from 12 pm to 9 pm IST to align with EMEA business hours.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory; an MBA is an advantage.
• Familiarity with advanced sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN).
• Experience in a rapidly growing SaaS environment managing complex portfolios.
