This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of our business, cloud management platform, support services, and how they cater to our clients' needs.
• Maintain knowledge, context, and ownership of your assigned customers while managing communication with the relevant vendor teams to demonstrate value and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Oversee customer-related support escalations to resolution, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate and finalize long-term commitments with key stakeholders, balancing the needs of the customer, the vendor, and the company's interests.
• Discover new workload opportunities within the customer’s Cloud Environment or SaaS solutions.
• Establish a consistent engagement schedule with your entire customer portfolio, balancing the needs of large strategic accounts and rapidly growing emerging clients.
• Assist in gathering customer feedback to ensure our products and solutions align closely with their needs and requests.
• Relay customer feedback and requests to engineering teams to provide better market/contextual awareness and help prioritize deliverables in active development cycles.
• Conduct regular quarterly reviews with customers, tracking project timelines, anticipated spending on respective cloud platforms, and feedback on DoiT support and engagement.
• Foster and enhance relationships with key cloud providers to ensure alignment on customer engagements.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities within the customer cloud environment.
• Collaborate with Cloud Vendors' Sales Representatives on shared customers.
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, specifically supporting the EMEA market.
• 2+ years of experience in a technology company (SaaS, SI, Cloud Vendor, etc.).
• Proven experience supporting customers within the AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure ecosystem, or other cloud vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch, with additional languages (e.g., French) as a plus.
• Strong technical skills that enable productive engagement with technical teams and the ability to build influential relationships.
• Exceptional operational and administrative skills, analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of shifting focus between broader perspectives and intricate details.
