This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage relationships with education customers located in the United States.
• Facilitate annual renewal discussions to ensure long-term retention.
• Establish robust connections with educators and academic stakeholders.
• Promote ongoing engagement and product utilization.
• Recognize opportunities for organic account growth.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (SDR, AE, CSM).
• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
• A background in teaching or education is highly preferred.
• Proficient in English (C1+ level).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with clients based in the United States.
• Must be located in LATAM (preferably in Colombia or Mexico).
• A keen interest in education, content, and technology.
• Fully remote position with an appealing compensation package (including fixed and variable components).
