This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Manage relationships with education clients based in the US
• Facilitate annual renewal discussions and ensure long-term client retention
• Establish robust connections with educators and academic stakeholders
• Maintain ongoing engagement and promote product utilization
• Recognize opportunities for organic account growth
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (SDR, AE, CSM)
• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success
• Teaching or educational background is strongly preferred
• Proficient in English (C1+ level)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable working with clients based in the US
• Located in LATAM (preferably Colombia or Mexico)
• Passion for education, content, and technology
• Fully remote position with a competitive compensation package (fixed + variable)
