Account Manager – E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent management of multiple customer accounts

• Creation of new Amazon product listings

• Launch and management of Amazon listings

• Development of PPC campaigns

• Communication with Amazon support for issues related to listings

• Creation of checklists and process guidelines for assistant staff

• Assisting customers with inquiries about selling on Amazon

• Optimization of processes in Amazon account management

• Autonomous management of customer accounts in collaboration with the founders

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the Amazon sector; no career changers

• Proven hands-on experience in creating products on Amazon

• Familiarity with tools such as Helium10 or the Amazon Advertising Console

• Ability to independently create new processes

• Quick comprehension and high level of discipline

• Self-directed working style

• Capability to solve complex problems independently
