This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships by offering customized value propositions.
• Employ value-selling techniques and tools to negotiate pricing and margins for enhanced profitability.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities while also managing current accounts.
• Provide independent technical support and conduct product demonstrations.
• Utilize sales processes and tools (such as Salesforce) to oversee pipeline management and forecasting.
• Generate timely reports and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Track market trends and the competitive landscape to strategically position H.B. Fuller.
• Advocate for innovative products and technologies to reinforce market leadership.
• Ensure adherence to all EHS regulations and company policies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of pertinent B2B sales experience
• Background in a Chemical or Adhesives company
• Proven track record of meeting sales and profit objectives
• A valid driver’s license and a readiness to travel within the assigned territory
