Account Manager – Digital Marketing Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for a portfolio of 40–60 client accounts.

• Cultivate client relationships to ensure an outstanding customer experience and satisfaction.

• Prepare meeting agendas and facilitate regular client meetings to assess performance, provide updates, and determine next steps.

• Interpret digital marketing performance in terms of business outcomes and communicate results in a straightforward, client-friendly manner.

• Organize client requests and oversee communication between clients and internal teams, including SEO and Paid Media specialists.

• Summarize meetings with recaps, action items, and strategic recommendations based on client discussions.

• Track client performance metrics.

• Keep up-to-date with SEO and Digital Advertising developments and industry trends.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to create client improvement plans and retention strategies.

• Ensure all projects, deliverables, and client requests are executed accurately and punctually.

• Maintain organized documentation and account records within project management systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Account Management, or a similar role.

• Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly valued.

• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing performance metrics.

• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts at the same time.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Capability to lead client meetings and confidently present performance results.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with client retention and relationship management strategies.

• Eagerness to learn about new technologies and AI tools.
