This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for our dental clientele, including doctors, office managers, and treatment coordinators, fostering trust and establishing enduring partnerships.
β’ Conduct monthly performance assessments that review campaign outcomes, lead generation, cost per new patient, and front-desk call management (marketing-side training will be provided).
β’ Discover avenues for practices to enhance their marketing return on investment β from refining new patient offers and targeting specific services (implants, ortho, cosmetic, sedation) to improving the phone-to-appointment process.
β’ Leverage your dental marketing knowledge to formulate actionable strategies that enhance production beyond merely increasing lead volume β providing guidance on offers, patient demographics, and capacity.
β’ Work collaboratively with our creative and advertising teams to ensure campaigns attract patients who attend, accept treatment, and refer others.
β’ Mentor practices on lead response times, call scripts, and scheduling processes that convert marketing leads into confirmed appointments.
β’ Oversee an average portfolio consisting of 30β40 dental clients across general dentistry, specialized fields, and multi-location practices.
β’ Demonstrated experience in dental marketing, dental practice promotion, or within a dental agency/DSO setting (minimum 2β3 years preferred), with a solid grasp of how marketing influences new patient acquisition and practice output.
β’ Proven capability to manage client accounts in the dental or healthcare marketing sector, serving as a trusted consultant to dentists and practice proprietors.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the dental patient journey β from ad engagement to phone inquiry, appointment scheduling, and treatment acceptance β along with proficiency in dental terminology, service offerings, and daily practice operations.
β’ Knowledge of essential dental practice metrics: cost per new patient, show rate, case acceptance, production per visit, and patient lifetime value.
β’ Excellent relationship-building and communication skills β adept at presenting results to doctors and securing buy-in from front-office teams.
β’ Highly organized and proactive in overseeing multiple client accounts, follow-ups, and campaign deliverables β taking full responsibility for outcomes.
β’ Familiarity with digital marketing tools, campaign management platforms, analytics, call tracking, and dental-specific systems (e.g., practice management software, patient communication platforms) β training will be provided to address any gaps.
β’ Results-oriented mindset focused on marketing ROI, the quality of new patients, and sustaining long-term client relationships.
