This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• You will join the Dedicated Customer Success team, tasked with the strategic oversight of clients who invest between BRL 3,000 and BRL 15,000 in the RD Station platform.
• The role involves focusing on client retention, revenue growth, and building relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring that RD Station’s SaaS solutions are integral to the clients’ business development.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for influencing the metrics of MRR churn, MRR expansion, and acquiring new MRRs, taking a consultative and strategic approach to prevent cancellations, renew contracts, and expand the portfolio through cross-selling.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles with a commercial emphasis at a SaaS company (such as CSM, Account Manager, Farmer, Sales Rep, etc.) – this is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a multi-product environment, demonstrating hands-on skills in cross-selling and upselling – this is essential.
• Familiarity with revenue-generating metrics (such as sales, expansion, upgrades, and cross-sell) and negotiation processes.
• Experience in managing a client portfolio, overseeing multiple clients and opportunities at the same time.
• Proficiency in delivering remote support via videoconferencing tools, with the capability to assess strategic situations and create solution proposals.
