• Drive growth within current accounts while also expanding into new accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring effective issue resolution.
• Collaborate across departments to lead commercial negotiations and manage pricing for quotes and change orders.
• Maintain and update pipeline and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Oversee projects and initiatives focused on maximizing Operating Profit (OP) and enhancing site efficiency programs.
• Facilitate communication and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage contract negotiations alongside the Flex legal team to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
• Improve communication and promote best practices across various teams.
• Ensure all client programs are executed in line with contracts, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and assess business risks, providing timely reports to the Flex business.
• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires at least 8 years of sales/account management experience.
• Proven experience as a point of contact for large key business accounts.
• Background in sales of Power Electronics for Data Center Accounts is essential.
• Exhibits expert operational, technical, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong customer relationship management skills.
• Preferred experience includes managing accounts in the Datacenter market/industry, specifically selling Low Voltage Power Distribution products and services.
