Account Manager, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You oversee Sales & Customer Success — from the initial consultation to ongoing support.

• You provide guidance to parents and students, suggest the best learning solutions, and connect them with appropriate tutors.

• You finalize agreements, engage families with tutoring packages, and successfully execute contracts.

• You enhance customer retention, manage your client portfolio, and refine the learning experience.

• You boost revenue through upselling techniques and proactively encourage referrals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient German language skills (C2 level)

• A sales-oriented mindset and self-motivation

• Strong communication abilities

• Experience in sales or customer support (preferable)

• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferable)
