This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate directly with SGA's active client ecosystem, conducting proactive opportunity diagnostics and leading high-value consultative proposals.
• Identify and formulate revenue growth opportunities (cross-selling and upselling), with a strong emphasis on selling Cybersecurity and Data Governance projects to the existing client portfolio.
• Ensure client retention and enhance Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) through exceptional consultative services.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with executive and technical decision-makers (C-level: CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs), exploring new business avenues and safeguarding accounts.
• Lead intricate commercial negotiations for Cyber, transforming security and technical compliance needs into solutions that align with the client's financial and strategic goals.
• Coordinate and leverage support from SGA's internal engineering specialists and technical architects to design high-complexity security scenarios.
• Diligently manage the metrics for your portfolio, overseeing the expansion pipeline, forecasts, contract renewal rates, and average deal size trends.
• Represent SGA as a brand ambassador in strategic forums, client security committees, and market events, delivering presentations on Cyber, Infrastructure, and Cloud solutions with high authority.
• Extensive experience in complex, consultative B2B sales within the technology sector, including systems integrators or IT consultancies.
• Strong practical knowledge of Cybersecurity solutions, including governance, SOC, cyber resilience, compliance (LGPD), and protection of Cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Tech Seller profile: adequate technical-commercial background to engage in discussions on equal footing with CISOs, security managers, and infrastructure teams.
• Proven track record in commercial planning for large accounts (Key Account Management) and managing long-term consultative sales cycles.
• Polished executive communication skills: strong persuasion abilities, systemic vision, and an excellent capacity to translate technical risks into business financial consequences.
• Significant experience at consultancies or integrators specifically focused on Cybersecurity.
• Experience with integrated projects that encompass Cybersecurity, Data Governance, and Cloud Architecture.
• Familiarity with market frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD).
