Account Manager – Creative Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the account context for designated Creative Operations and Systems / Process Design clients

• Manage the client's operational rhythm

• Transform ambiguous client requests into actionable next steps

• Develop proficiency with AI tools and workflows related to account management

• Ensure clients feel well cared for

• Craft concise summaries that are ready for clients

• Keep stakeholder maps, account notes, and decision logs up to date

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client projects progress smoothly

• Proven experience in managing client relationships

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• High level of initiative

• Ability to think in a structured manner

• A genuine interest in becoming proficient in AI-enhanced account management

• Strong presence with clients

• Comfortable navigating workflow and collaboration tools
